Refunds and Returns

If you have purchased an item you believe to be faulty, in the first instance please contact us so we can advise and so we are aware of an issue. Images of the faulty item will have to be sent and verified prior to us agreeing to have the item sent back to us. We will arrange with yourself the best method of returning the item to us. Once the item is back with us we can then process a refund or replacement item depending on your wishes. In this case we will pay the return postage back to us as the item is faulty.

Other Returns - within 14 days we provide full refunds for incorrect and faulty items. We do not accept any other return. This includes buyer error in regards to size or style of item. We do not accept returns on the basis of an exchange for another size. For another size, a new purchase must be made. If you wish to send an item back to us due to error in ordering, any postage must be paid by the buyer. Any refund provided to you for any returned item will not include any original postage costs. Only the original item cost will be refunded.
